I am a Cincinnati native, very familiar with the city and what it has to offer. From the suburbs of Mason, Fairfield, Forest Park, Mt. Healthy etc., to the inner city of Over the Rhine! From its microbreweries to its illustrious vineyards and wine tours, from the quick to go eateries to the fancy full dining, the museums, parks, trails, and concert venues. I graduated from Withrow High School (Tigers!!!) located in Hyde Park. I pursued a college degree at the University of Cincinnati (Go Bearcats!!!), earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. I was BLESSED to build a successful 20-year career in Accounting and Finance working for highly successful companies.
I worked with government funding, managing a portfolio of approximately 60 grants, creating budgets and financial plans for each grant, monitoring and tracking spending, provided monthly closing statements, account payables, ledger reconciliations, and worked with auditors. I was responsible for the entire accounting processes completing the subsidiary and general ledger transactions, AR & AP, billing, contract negotiation, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, income tax and business license filings and working with external auditors. I later moved out to Corporate America acquiring further skills and knowledge accounting and finance and Six Sigma process improvement. I completed various financial analysis (variance, profitability, ad hoc, etc.), balance sheet accounting and reviews, completing yearly projections and monthly forecasts for multiple sites, managed capital expenditures and assets, process improvements, month-end and year-end closing, internal audits, review and establish policies, acquisitions and due diligence. From there I worked my way up to a senior accountant, where I worked more as a business partner completing feasibility analysis, sales and pricing analysis for the region, trained and mentored new hires, coach and evaluate staff accountants, provided financial training for operational leaders, participated on numerous process improvements, and special projects. This allowed me to move into management where I’ve managed a newly acquired business and led a team in the financial transitioning over to the company’s platform and standards. Once again working my way up to a Senior Manager level where I worked with leaders completing financial planning and analysis and business strategies.
Although I was enjoying my finance career, I decided to step out on FAITH, when the current company I was with underwent a downsizing/layoff and I pursued my passion for real estate. I’ve always been interested in Real Estate since a teenager. I used to fantasize about being a Real Estate Investor and someday owning “The Victoria Estates!” I went so far as planning it on paper and buying books to learn real estate. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, arts and crafts, decorating and designing, entertaining and socializing, and touring, sight-seeing and viewing homes. Simply put creating and seeing the beauty in all things. I am also a licensed minister preaching the gospel of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at Father’s House Fellowship of Believers, as well as street ministry throughout the city.
With my strong foundation in God, I have the grace to SERVE with gladness, humility, and integrity, to fulfill your real estate needs, and making your home buying and selling process, a pleasant experience. I am here to help you make your dream of owning a home a reality. I love my new career as it is so rewarding to see people’s dreams come true and the big smile that takes over their face when we can give them the keys and say “Welcome Home.” My motto is “I am here, to happily serve all your Real Estate Needs.” I am looking forward to working with you.
Peace, Love and Blessings
